Meet Amjad - or just Anjo

Anjo is the one who makes everything happen. He knows Finey like the back of his hand – every path, every beach, and every corner of the sea.

You’ll often see him driving the tuk-tuk, helping with your plans, or simply making sure you feel at home.

Meet Zamira

Zamira prefers to stay behind the scenes, but anyone who’s tried her food won’t forget it.
She cooks with care, local ingredients, and a lot of love – always fresh, always full of flavor.
Her calm, gentle presence fills the house with a special kind of warmth. And yes - many say it’s the best food they’ve ever had.

At Turtle Nest, you’ll feel at home the moment you arrive – not because everything is perfect, but because it’s real.

And then there's MeowMeow

Our little friend MeowMeow loves to stop by Turtle Nest – sometimes for a nap in the sun, sometimes just to say hi.
Like many islands in the Maldives, Finey is also home to a few friendly street cats that wander around peacefully.
They belong to no one and everyone, and if you're lucky, one might come and keep you company for a while.

ABOUT FINEY

The religion of the people of the Maldives is the islam. Therefore you should respect the cultural and religious customs and behaviour. So outside the guesthouse shoulders and knees should be covered for women. Swimwear is only allowed on the beach section belonging to the guesthouse.

The consum and importation of alcohol, drugs and pork is strictly prohibited.

Finey is a small local island in the northern Maldives, located in Haa Dhaalu Atoll.
It’s surrounded by clear lagoons, colorful reefs, and several popular dive spots.
Nearby you'll find larger islands like Hanimaadhoo (with a domestic airport) and Kulhudhuffushi.
